"I am Universal Love in radiant expression and I now love as I have never loved before in my life. I silently, powerfully, and intensely radiate my love, and I send it everywhere without exception. A Daily Prayer
Dear Lord, I thank you for this day. I am blessed because You are a forgiving and understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Thank you for your Love. Thank you for the gift of Love.
I am willing to forgive myself for everything that I have done, said, or thought that was not pleas...ing to You and made me feel fearful. Please help me to release myself from any unforgiveness, resentment, anger, or fear. I ask now for Your forgiveness. I am willing to get go of all of my fear and sadness from yesterday, so that I can embrace my true Self today. I Love Me. I love Life. and Life Loves Me.

Connection to the Earth Spirit Meditation
You need to find an open space in nature to do this exercise.
To begin, stand with your feet parallel and shoulder width apart. Leave your arms loose beside you and bend your knees a little. Begin to take deep breaths inhaling through your nose, down into your belly, and exhaling through your mouth. Take time to find your natural rhythm - do not force the breath.
As you breathe become aware of the ground beneath you. What does your connection to the earth feel like? Do you feel grounded, or are you floating above the earth? Imagine the full globe of the earth below you You are standing on it as it slowly rotates in space. It is your means of survival- your ship as you travel through space. See the image of yourself on the globe. See the beauty of the earth below you.
Now imagine the sun above you. As you continue to breathe, draw energy from the sun into your body through the top of your head down into your belly. As you breathe out imagine the energy travelling down through your base and your feet into the earth like the roots of a tree. Keep breathing in your natural rhythm. feel yourself supported and grounded on the earth and connected to the sun. Feel the warmth of the sun as it bathes you in its nourishing light. Feel the natural balance between the earth, and yourself and the sun.
Now imagine the moon below the earth, its silent rhythms pulling the seas of the earth downwards. Feel the pull within yourself. Imagine yourself on the earth, the sun above bathing you in light, the moon below pulling you downward gently. Experience being part of the natural rhythms of the earth, the moon, and the sun. Inhale, exhale, and simply feel.
You should feel refreshed and grounded after this exercise. If it helps, have someone read the words to you as you stand outside in nature, leaving you to visualize throughout the meditation.

Footprints
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life. For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.
This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it. LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.
The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you! During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.
