I haven't been keeping up with this blogging business! I'm not sure if anyone reads what I post here? Hmmm Its just a good outlet- when I do it! lol.

Forgivness~ A beautiful gift

Forgiveness is such a hard lesson for so many people~ but it is definately one worth figuring out. Most people take it as, saying that whatever was done is "okay". But that's not true!! I
found a blog article by author Louise Hay that describe it very well. So, I'll share it with you~~~~~

Whenever we are ill, we need to search our hearts to see what we need to forgive.

A Course in Miracles says that “All disease comes from a state of unforgiveness,” and that “whenever we are ill, we need to look around to see who it is that we need to forgive.”

I would add to that concept that the very person you find it hardest to forgive is the one you need to let go of the most. Forgiveness means giving up, letting go. It has nothing to do with condoning behavior. It’s just letting the whole thing go. We do not have to know how to forgive. All we need to do is be willing to forgive. The Universe will take care of the rest.

Let’s affirm: Love heals me. I center my thoughts on love and forgiveness, for myself and others.

So there you go~ give yourself the gift of forgiveness today! Remember: a lot of the time, the person we need to forgive the most--is ourselves!!!

Suggested task for when you are ready to take on Forgiveness: write out a list of all of the people who you need to forgive! For each one, say that you are willing to release yourself of the burden of unforgiveness to that person, and that you wish to set yourself and that person free.

Take your time. Forgivness really does make room for great blessings to enter your life! I have done it~ forgiven people who have betrayed me, cheated on me, etc.. I just decide that I don't want to be angry. I don't want to be an angry, bitter, sad person and carry that load on myself. I want to be able to talk to that person or think about them without angry emotions filling my energy field. After I do forgiveness techniques, those negative emotions are truly swept away. It's amazing!!

Allow yourself to give it a try.

Nature, Fairies, and Your Own Divinity

See God everywhere in each little miracle that surrounds you... each leaf, each flower petal, each strand of grass, every sparkle of light on the water, every drop of rain that may fall from the sky~ You are connected to all of the life around you. We are all One, with each other, and with nature. I Am Prosperity

Little story: At the I Can Do It! conference they were selling USB wristbands that had the audio recordings of all of the lectures and workshops. After listening to Wayne Dyer and Marianne Williamson, I knew that I wanted this usb in order to be able to re-listen and to share the experience with others. So, I deci...ded to order one! Being a student, $130 is a chunk out of the bank account, but I affirmed that this money would come to me- that the Universe would take care of it, that the cost was covered. I didn't know how, I just knew that it would be okay that I was making this purchase...... Yesterday I got my income tax back, and it was more than I had anticipated!! $130 more!!! YAY Thank you to the Universe!!!!

Worldly Events and The Shift

There is a lot going on in the World this year. Last night the world was met with the news that Osama Bin Laden was killed. I seen a lot of people rejoicing on facebook and I wasn't entirely sure how to take this. It's a bit unsettling, to be so happy about the death of another person, no matter what they have done. Then, I think maybe it is because I was not personally effected by the events of 9/11.... but, it is still a bit unsettling, and maybe cocky? to be so excited....

I found two quotes that put into words what my soul is trying to say here...

"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that." ~Martin Luther King, Jr.

and from last night...

"I hope Bin Laden's death brings a sense of justice to those who lost loved ones on 9/11, and I'm grateful to those in our military etc. who worked so hard to find him. I hope whatever destructive influence he still had is now ended. That being said, however, the celebrations outside the White House seem naive to me. Tonight is a night for sober and mature reflection, not glee." - Marianne Williamson

So I can only hope that healing will occur, that the conspiracies, controversies, and apparent chaos will settle, and that new positive energy will be ushered in. The world is definately changing! I hope that we can all see and feel positive changes unfolding before us.

Be in love...allow life and all of it's blessings, big or small, to ignite that flame of love within you....that blissful euphoria, that makes your heart beat a little faster, makes the colours of the world seem brighter, that feeling that makes the impossible seem possible, the tingle of butterflies inside of you, a heavenly joy that puts a smile on your face, which puts a smile on your neighbours face, and life feels Beautiful and Magic....to be "in" this feeling, completely alone and without needing another person to fulfill that place in your life, is a true gift to yourself. Your other relationships with be then MORE fulfilling because you know that you can feel all of the joy and beauty of love whether you are alone or in a love relationship....allow yourself to live each day to the fullest by embracing the love that is within you, your true Divine light...the Heaven within you...

Surrender and Release

Hello everyone!

Today is a beautiful day. I reached 150 likers on my facebook page, so I was doing free readings there for the members who requested them. :) It's such a joy for me to be able to do this for people, to feel the loving energy from the angels and guides, to bring guidance to people that hopefully resonates with them, makes their day better, makes them feel better about themselves and life...

The main messages today seemed to be...taking care of ourselves both physically and spiritually. Physically... by changing our diets and eating habits. Through eating healthful foods and getting adequate water, and sleep as well, will give us more energy and clarity. Spiritually.... by embracing our sensitivity, feeling our strong emotions...and relasing our fears, cares, and worries to the angels.

On the theme of releasing fears... tonight is the full moon, which is perfect for releasing (that is why the more sensitive people out there may be experiencing heightened emotions). Full moon energy is also great for charging crystals (put them in the moonlight). There are different ways in which we can use this full moon energy to help us release our fears. We can write everything down that we want to relase, and then burn the paper. Or we can write a letter to God about what we want to release, and about what we want to manifest (dream big!!) and put that letter in the moonlight... I know a lady on facebook is doing a ritual tonight by putting messages on paper, placing them in a bowl of water, and putting that water in the moonlight tonight.

She is on facebook as The Healer Chic and I was blessed to cross paths with her today. The following words are hers...and are a beautiful way to imagine your fears being released and healed...
"It's snowing here... huge white snowflakes... Each of those snowflakes is big enough to carry one of our fears away... The fear is frozen into the structure of the snowflakes... It doesn't serve us any longer. The snowflakes float down to the earth where the warmth and nourishing calm of Mother Earth herself absorb the fears. The energy is transmuted...the water is filtered & the fear is gone."

Let Go and Let God.
Allow yourself to be Healed. Allow yourself to Be Blessed. Allow yourself to Live in Love!

Through the Eyes of a Child

Sometimes as adults we forget what it was like to be a child. We look bad, reminiscing about how we had limitless energy and imagination. Whereas now we often feel weighed down by stresses, too tired to do this or that, or simply too busy. We were enchanted. We believed in happy endings. Sometimes, as we get older, our experiences teach us to look at things more negatively. We forget to dream big or believe that things will actually turn out how we want them to. As children, we took time to play and didn't feel guilty about it at all! Now, it may make some of us feel foolish to 'play'.

I think it helps us as adults to nurture that inner child and embrace some of the activities and beliefs that we had when we were children! How can taking some quiet time to 'play, colour, draw, daydream, laugh', be bad for us? I think if more people nurtured their inner child- the world would generally be a happier place. :)

So- my gift to myself this weekend- I bought a colouring book and some pencil crayons! On the back of the colouring book is a rainbow coloured picture of a unicorn- who embodies the magic of childhood. So beautiful!

There definately has to be something to art therapy, even if you don't think you are good at it. I know for myself that doing something creative, like colouring, is relaxing and rejuvinating to my spirit. Maybe its as simple as keeping your mind on something 'light and fluffy' for a moment- to give yourself a break from the 'downers of life'. :) So, if you are feeling blue- here is my suggestion- colour, draw, paint, run through a puddle, put on your favourite music and sit and daydream, dance, take pictures, plant a flower, go and watch a play, play dress up and put on makeup and jewellery that you rarely put on...etc... It's a gift to yourself that you should not feel guilty about at all!!! I hope you give it a whirl. ;)

Moving Forward, Embracing Power

Yesterday was one of those emotional days when, unfortunately, the ego can get the best of us and we create drama from within ourselves by allowing our fears to overwhelm us. Instead of hiding out and not feeling like I was worthy of updating my site and facebook page in such a state of emotional sensitivity, I decided to search out people who could help me. I decided to share my journey of healing with people online.

This is the best advice that I was given:
Important Message from Doreen Virtue's "Angel Therapy Oracle Cards"----- Cancel, Clear, Delete- "Use only positive words and thoughts, as they're rapidly manifesting into form. Ask the angels to cancel the effects of past negative thinking."
Also:
"Vacuum Away Fear- Call upon the Archangels Michael and Raphael to life fear-based energy from you, your surroundings, this situation, and everyone involved."

It's okay to embrace our emotional sensitivity and release and cleanse ourself, but we have to also remember the power within our thoughts and worlds. We can so easily manifest that which we don't want, if we're not careful about what we are focusing on. So, I decided to clear, cancel, and delete all of the effects from my negative thinking yesterday.

I was also told, as I have been before, that I am powerful. This is yet another reason why I need to watch my thought- we are such powerful manifesters! Things also seem to be manifesting into reality more quickly now than they ever have before.
SO, then I got to thinking- how do they know I'm powerful? What do they mean? Then I got to thinking- okay ego, get out of the way- it's not just me, EVERYONE is powerful! In pondering this question I instantly got my answer. I went to Kathleen Peterson's book "We are Here For You" which is a collection of channeled messages from the Archangels and other light beings. I use this book like an oracle card deck- opening it up to the page that holds an important message for me. This is what I opened up to:
Msg from Athena today- "I come to you today to speak of strength and wisdom. Go inside and listen to what comes from your inner connection with the Divine. That is where your strength and power lie. You must use your power for your highest good, which will, in turn, help those around you."

I also chose the oracle card "You are a powerful lightworker- it is safe for you to be powerful. Your spiritual power brings great blessings in loving service to the Divine." :)

Wonderful! The strength in our power lies in us realizing our Divinity. When we combine our pure love and gratitude, then we have power and strength that will allow us to always find the light amongst the darkness. We are all powerful creaters and manifesters. Some of us are better at healing, some are more mastered at counselling, some of us just simply make the people around us feel better.

Those are my thoughts this morning! Let go of negative thoughts. Rise above them and embrace the power that lies within us.
