What a great week!! I'm so impressed with 2011 so far :) I know its early, but what the heck! So far, so good!
Returning to university had been a big change for me. It was a leap of faith for me to leave a job that probably would have always been there for me, a job that I was good at, in order to change my 'stars' so to speak. Actually, before I first considered applying to the university, I was sitting doing my hair one day. I had a sense of deja vu....for a split second there was a sound, a smell, or something that made me flash to the sensation of when I was in University before. In that moment, I felt like I was back in that time of my life. So, I kind of had an inclination that it meant I would be going back to University, but I blew it off because it hadn't crossed my mind at the time. And voila!! This type of premonition has happened to me on a few other occasions. It's pretty cool.
So here I am. 3 days of University down! I am now a school girl once again, and I'm loving it!! I'm reminded that some of the happiest times of my life were spent as a student. Of course the first few days are super easy introducation stuff, but I'm liking the feeling, the energy of it all. :) I'm happy.
AND today I got my new camera lens in the mail!!!! I'm trying to figure it out- it looks awesome! :) I'm super excited. I hope that the universe can fulfill my dreams of doing some exciting photography jobs this year. I'm looking forward to further developing my skills and portfolio. It's super exciting!
Follow your passion everyone! If you are feeling inclined to make a change in your life- go for it! If its right, things will fall into place. :) Don't be afraid, just leap!!!
